Every WithBLIT plan — Build, Grow, and Expand — includes the same core software stack, regardless of tier. This includes:

The difference between plans is the number of supported endpoints, M365 users, and monthly support hours — not the tools you get. Every client gets the full stack.

WithBLIT acts as your single point of contact for all IT products and services. We procure and manage your Microsoft 365 licenses, SentinelOne endpoint security, Dropsuite backup, IRONSCALES anti-phishing, and any other tools in your stack — and roll everything into one flat monthly invoice. You never have to deal with separate vendor portals, renewal reminders, or surprise charges from tools you forgot you were paying for.

As a certified Microsoft Partner, WithBLIT manages your full M365 environment: Exchange Online (business email), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). We handle licensing, provisioning new users, deprovisioning leavers, security configuration, and ongoing administration — so you never have to call Microsoft support directly.

Microsoft 365 is not a backup solution. Microsoft's own service agreement states they are not responsible for data loss caused by user error, ransomware, or third-party app issues. Dropsuite provides a true backup layer — with full mailbox, OneDrive, and SharePoint backup, unlimited retention, and one-click restore. If an employee accidentally deletes a year of emails or ransomware encrypts your OneDrive, Dropsuite gets you back in minutes, not days.

Microsoft's built-in email filtering (Exchange Online Protection) catches known threats, but it misses sophisticated phishing attacks that impersonate trusted senders or use novel techniques. IRONSCALES uses AI and crowdsourced threat intelligence to detect and automatically remove phishing emails that bypass Microsoft's filters — including business email compromise (BEC) attacks. It also runs phishing simulation campaigns so your staff learns to recognize real threats before they click.

Traditional antivirus relies on known virus signatures — meaning it can only stop threats it has already seen. SentinelOne Singularity XDR uses behavioural AI to detect and stop threats based on what they do, not what they look like. This means zero-day attacks, fileless malware, and ransomware are stopped before they cause damage. The Purple AI add-on acts as an autonomous security analyst — investigating alerts, triaging incidents, and responding at machine speed. For SMBs, this is the equivalent of having an enterprise Security Operations Center.

Third-party product licensing is included in your consolidated monthly invoice but is priced per seat/user based on your team size. WithBLIT's management fee covers the configuration, monitoring, and support of these tools — the per-seat licensing cost is passed through at our partner rate. We'll provide a clear breakdown of all line items before you sign anything, so there are no surprises.

You can add or remove products at any time. Since WithBLIT manages all your vendor relationships, a single request to us is all it takes. We'll adjust your licensing, update your configuration, and reflect the change on your next invoice. No need to contact multiple vendors separately.

Any support time beyond your monthly base hours is billed at our standard hourly rate. At your request, we can notify you if you appear to be going over for any given month — there are no surprises on your invoice.

If you find you consistently need more time, ramping up is easy. You can upgrade to the next plan tier at any time with no penalty and no waiting period. A brief addendum to your service agreement will be required to reflect the updated scope — we keep that process simple and straightforward. Most clients find their plan fits well, but when your business grows, your IT coverage grows with it.

Yes — a service agreement is required before work begins. It covers the scope of managed services, software licensing commitments, and acceptance of applicable vendor EULAs (most software licenses are annual).

We conduct an annual true-up to ensure your plan still fits your needs, and 30 days written notice is required to terminate managed services. We believe in earning your business through quality service, not fine print.

Absolutely. As your business grows (or changes), you can adjust your plan at any time. We'll help you figure out the right fit and make the transition seamless.

We target a response time of 1 business hour for remote support requests. For critical issues affecting your entire team or business operations, we treat those as priority and respond as fast as possible — often within minutes.

Device monitoring covers workstations, laptops, and servers. We monitor health, performance, security events, and patch status 24/7 — and we act on alerts before they become problems you notice.

Remote support handles the vast majority of IT issues — software problems, configuration changes, user account issues, and more — without anyone needing to come to your office. On-site visits are for situations that genuinely require a physical presence: hardware installation, network implementation, installing access points or hands-on staff training.

Yes. As a certified Microsoft Partner, we can manage your M365 licensing, ensure you're on the right plan for your team size, and handle all the administration — from adding new users to configuring security settings.

We'll do an assessment of what you have and work with your existing tools where it makes sense. Where we see gaps or better options, we'll explain why and let you decide. We never replace working solutions just to sell you something new.

New customers receive a 20% discount on the base plan price for the first 12 months — no long-term commitment required. This is our way of making it easy to get started and experience the full value of managed IT without the risk.

After the initial 12 months, your plan simply continues at the standard rate. We'll give you plenty of notice before your annual true-up so there are absolutely no surprises.

Please note: the discount applies to the WithBLIT management fee only and does not include third-party software licensing costs (Microsoft 365, SentinelOne, Dropsuite, IRONSCALES, etc.), which are passed through at our partner rate.

For most hardware needs, WithBLIT configures and ships equipment ready to plug in — minimizing disruption and travel costs for your business.

On-site visits are reserved for situations that genuinely require a physical presence and cannot be handled remotely. Travel and on-site time may be subject to additional fees depending on location and scope.

Larger physical projects — such as network rack builds, structured cabling, or access point installations — are treated as project work and quoted separately from your managed services subscription. These are outlined in your service agreement.
